We want you to love your flowers! If you are not satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can review the issue and make it right.

Because our arrangements are custom-made with fresh, perishable flowers, concerns reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Photos of the arrangement may be requested so we can better understand the concern and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Flower varieties may occasionally be substituted due to seasonal availability, but we always maintain the style, color palette, and value of the arrangement.
